We usually feel intrigued by the magic of a painter’s brush when we finish a demonstration video. That’s because we don’t know their train of thoughts, and don’t understand the principles of painting.
The frustration caused by aimless practice will consume our passion. This is something I have experienced repeatedly during my own learning process, thus making me contemplate on how I can better lead to breaking through troubles.
Hence, I have created an exclusive online syllabus. Beginning with Journals with articles and illustrations help clarify the processes and “whats and whys”. Then demonstrate the “how to’s” through video lessons in each interval.
When we have clear concepts and set practice goals in our minds, we get positive feedback from efficient learning.

Please go to “Begin the Journey of Botanical Watercolor Sketching” to download the Journal first. The Journal is the main part of the course and contains a list of materials, concepts, and procedures. Click on the Course List to watch the videos. The videos can be played back indefinitely.
Each lesson has an exercise, and we look forward to your progress as you practice with the lessons, and mail the exercises to watermeetscolor@gmail.com, let me solve the practice problems you encountered.
